OK, What do you think about meeting at the Robinson's Tree House, by the Pineapple place? There are some benches there and then if my DS (9) gets to bored he can go climb the tree house. If anyone else has an idea I open...Also how will we know each other?

I think that's a great idea!!! We can have Dole Whips while we visit!!! Well, we could PM each other with cellphone numbers. I'll have my LGMH on my bag!!! This is exciting stuff!!! No Princess Always you are not obsessive, but the Disney market loves the disney lovers who really have disney at heart. Fabulous. I didn't get one of those Pineapple whips when we were down, line too long. I will have to try when we go in November. I am jealous for the Dis. Meet. Can you believe we are getting snow showers today. Where is spring?

The Knobles meet sounds fun...BOGo would be great! DH just got laid off last week, so wehter or not we make the meet will depend on how quickly he finds something. It's penciled in on our calendar though! I'd love to meet some of my fellow PA DISers!!

Heisler's I was up there once or twice when my boys were little. Their ice cream is good too if I remember. I would have to get directions to get there again as it has been a long time. Might be somewhere we could go this spring and summer with stepdaughters on one of our weekends.

Hi Guys, it's been a while since I have been on (again). It's been so hectic here - for a change. It's cool that everyone wants to have a meet at Knoebles - too bad my DD isn't at Bloomsburg anymore, but maybe she would take a ride up there with me (if she isn't working) - so I could get to see everyone. If anyone wants to go from the Philly area, maybe we could car pool??? I'm not sure that April 26th works, since DH's birthday is the 29th, but I will give it a try.
Antss, it is great to see you are back and feeling better. I am pretty out of the loop, but if I kept reading back, I wouldn't have time to write.........lol.
Linda - I hear you about minechuchie being "old" - graduating in '84 - my son was born in '84!!!
Is Tara back at Disney?? My step-brother and his family and step-sister and her family were going this week when the kids are on Easter break - glad I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Helloooooo PA-ers!! Hello from hot sunny Treasure Cay Bahamas!! We've been coming to this tiny little Out Island for 30 years (Abaco Island) and this is the 1st time ever they have internet access! It's VERY limited but I wanted to pop in to say Happy Easter to everyone. It's been 80's & gorgeous here, sorry to hear it's been wet & chilly back home. Not looking forward to coming back next Wednesday. But then only a few weeks til WDW so no worries. Thanks for re-posting the pic Linda. All I noticed in the pic was how awful I looked! Hey I guess we all have those loooooong travel & park days, in the humidity. I never noticed all your Disney paraphenalia!

Nice to hear you're enjoying your sunny days in the Bahamas!! Remember you said about ducking when people throw things at you.... It's ok. We're just jealous that your weather is in the 80's while we're stuck with the stupid weather in PA. OK, ok, ok....maybe it's not that cold, but it certainly is not Easter weather!! Enjoy your trip!!

Hope everyone had a nice Easter. The weather was in our favor and it turned out to be a nice day. DS had to go in to work today. Nice temperatures there today also. He said one day this week, can't remember which one but MK was filled to capacity and had to close the gates. That is a lot of people and you can't move. that happened to us the one Christmas Day. Wall ato wall people.

it is so nice to go to work today!!! But my day started great... went to church... saw some friends... went to a chinese buffett.. catch up with things now I am at work... Cant wait for Friday.... I will be at WDW for the weekend.. next weekend.. for an imprumpto trip!!! meeting my classmate in HS and had not seen her since 1983 Ohhh that would be fun.... hehehe

Ok it's raining now in Treasure Cay, ya'll happy now?!?! I was online today (trying anyway - Caribbean internet service isn't the best) making my solo Disney plans. Too bad no one from here will be down there for a DIS Meet. There is a DIS Meet from the Adult Travelers Board on 5/6 in Epcot that I might go to - I'll feel like a traitor! They're meeting up in Japan, going to a Flower & Garden show concnert (The Searchers maybe??) & then watching Illuminations. I'll be at the mercy of the Springhill Suites shuttle - hey anyone know the cost of a taxi from WDW to I Drive? I might have to take one back that night if the last shuttle is earlier than I like.

I should be jumping with joy... but I wish it fell on a farther date from my regular vaca which is on APril 19th.. I could have use the money for extra spending money at DTD

I am at work and we brought in some food... OK how can you bring a 2 week old veggie tray to work ??? there is this guy who we will just call Gaston... we told him last nite.. Gaston we're bringing food tomorrow... in passing gaston mentioned about a 2 week old tray he got in the fridge.. I really thought he was just telling me this... guess what ? When I was fixing the table putting all our pot luck food... when it came to his stuff... the carrots where brown... the celery was brown and watery and the brocolli was yellow... AND !!! the dip was already open.. his excuse was......... he had to make sure the dip was still OK Mamaaaaaaaaaaaa Miaaaaaaaaaa...

Thanks for posting our picture. I am constantly adding to my Disney wardrobe, but most of the stuff I have is long-sleeve and it was hot that day. I was wearing my "Tink" outfit when we met up at DTD. One of these days I'll figure out how to post a picture (hopefully a more flattering one that this). My DBFF who was with DH & me on our trip got married yesterday. It was just a small, family thing, but it was still weird not to be with her.
Just finished watching Sleeping Beauty and totally in the Disney mood. Even wore my Minnie shirt today

My 9 year old daughter had what they thought was ai infected hair follicle on her head now they think it could possibly be skin cancer. We have to go April 10th and 11th and she has to have surgery and they are going to remove a big pice of her scalp and her lymphnodes. They are hoping it hasn't turned into cancer yet but they are not sure so they have to do the surgery.

Hey I just thought of a neat ministry. Look up Woofi the ministry dog. They can ship it directly to your house and it could be a help for your daughter. I sent one to a friend whose teenage son was dealing with some cancer issues and he found it be very nice to lean on and have. Check it out. Hope it is something that can help take some fear away for your daughter.
