I can't believe I am the first person from Lewisburg to join this thread! Of course, I am not a native to PA...originally from upstate NY. My wife and I just took our first trip to Disney July 7-14 and stayed at Coronado Springs. It was GREAT!

Hello PA buddies! I'm in Gettysburg, and I'm planning our very first Disney trip!

We'll be at the Pop from November 10 - 13th, then switching over to Beach Club through November 17th.
I'm so excited and overwhelmed at the same time. I can't wait to see my daughters at WDW! I am absolutely loving this board for all of the expertise and tips.

Just an FYI: I was at the Disney Store at the Mall at Steamtown in Scranton yesterday, and there was an "extra 50% off clearance prices" sale going on!

I got some stuff for the kiddies for Christmas!!

Doesn't matter to me. . .I work full-time however so unless it is around lunch time I can only go evenings/weekends.

I can easily do a lunch time thing though because the Capital City Mall is only five minutes from my office and home.

I'll definitely be looking into Scranton for future trips. We have gone as far as Newark, NJ to save some bucks on flights. The three regional airports I have nearby don't seem to have good prices. Harrisburg used to have an airline with daily nonstop flights to Orlando with decent rates, but the flight times and dates were really weird. Like flights on a Tuesday. It just never seemed to work for me. Thanks for all the great info!

I will be flying out of Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in September. I booked a vacation package through Boscov's Dept. store (I love that store!! )
Boscov's is the only place that you can book a Non-Stop flight from Scranton to Orlando. They use Southwest Airlines and I got a really good deal.
