I just joined the Dis boards today...wanted to say a big "Hi" to all.
Just got back from WDW on Feb. 10th...next trip, hopefully in May.

Hi PoohBWV,
I tried Pop Century for the first time...I like to try a different resort everytime I go down But as you can see in my name...I love the Poly !
Everytime I try a new one, I compare it to the Poly...which in my opinion is the BEST resort on site.
Pop Century was OK. The rooms are a bit small though, and I always have a problem with the A/C in the value resorts.

We stayed at the Poly in Oct 2004 and in 2002 and we loved it both times! I'm considering the Pop for our next trip because it's a lot more affordable and I've heard good things about it from the posts on the disboards.

You're lucky to get in 2 trips to WDW so close together! I'm so jealous!

And I just wanted to say welcome to the boards! You'll find this a treasure trove of information and people are extremely helpful and nice, especially here on the Canadian board!

I'm a Disney nut! I try and go down at least twice a year...sometimes three times...
We (my family) try and alternate from value resort for 2 trips and then deluxe for one. It is better for the budget that way !
I'm so glad I found this group of Canadians to chat with...this is great!

I love Bobcaygeon, my father-in-law has a cottage on Clear lake, so we visit there sometimes.
You would love the Poly, but it is pricey. It's best to wait for a Canadian discount before you book there.

I stayed at the Poly back when I was a teen...it had just been built.....really I'm actually younger than I seem

On this years trip, I'm going to get to stay at the Poly on conciegre level- (my friend is paying )

Yes OKW- is Old Key West....see your an expert already on these boards.

Dismeet = meeting other disers who are nuts about Disney. Usually we get together for something to eat, swap stories about Disney vacations and share pictures. Be warned though that this is usually not a quick meal. It really becomes an afternoon affair.
