Welcome Home
I am glad that, on the whole, you had a great time
I hope they were escorted from the park.

That is disgusting. Disney is a family park and behaviour like that is totally unacceptable. God only knows what I would have done if my children had seen that, I think they would have been deeply disturbed.tialucy said:Also I saw 2 things that really shocked me, the first was a couple (actually a Lesbian couple which made it worse as my children had never seen anything like this) They were kissing (and I mean kissing, you could see everything!!) and FONDLING, yes FONDLING, UNDER their coats, it was so obvious and I was really shocked, my children (14 and 16) were very, VERY, embarassed!! It would have been just as bad if the couple were straight.... I think some things are best left to the imagination.... my children and lots of other people and children, really didn't need to see that. And you won't believe this, this was all happening in the queue (35 mins) to Phantom Manor. Luckily we were not directly behind them.... but the woman infront of us with her family was absolutely fuming!
What on earth is wrong with that family?! I am horrified by this....that is truly awful.tialucy said:The other thing that shocked me happened in Main St, outside one of my fav places, Cable car Bake shop. A young boy of about 3, pulled his trousers and pants down, around his ankes ,and began weeing on one of the trees and all over the pavement!! His father got the camera out and was taking photos!!!! Honestly some people!! There was no need for that, there are enough toilets in DLP. Also that's a place where people sit and wait for parades!! Awful!!
I hope they were escorted from the park.
], and that over all it was a good trip!
family on the bus back to the offsite hotels one night. The bus was very crowded as usual and they had sent their small child aged about 5 on ahead. He was quite happy where he was but the parents decided he should come down the bus to be with them (a bit late for playing the concerned parents me thinks!). Of course he couldn't get through easily but most people were moving as much as they could to let him pass. There was a European guy in the way who was oblivious to all of this but instead of reaching across to tap him on the shoulder and saying "Excuse me" which is understood by just about everybody, the parents proceeded to mouth off about ignorant foreigners and started telling the boy to hit him with his pirate sword to get him to move. Luckily the bus then reached the Explorers so the boy never actually hit the poor unsuspecting man and we were able to escape. My girls couldn't believe the behaviour of the parents, I always try to impress on them that they are ambassadors for their country when they are abroad and that it is very important that they show that not all British are lager louts and booze cruisers.
