We're back from the best holiday ever, and depression is setting in very quickly

We landed this morning around 7ish and we were home for 9.30am. We had a kip for a couple of hours and I've made a start on several loads of washing

Highs

All of it, especially the Disney Cruise, breakfast with Lilo & Stitch, our 1 night at the Contemporary Resort, plus many more

Lows

None, except for coming home

I'll start a trippie this week when I wake up

Hope your sleep pattern gets back to normal soon. It took me ages last October. I was falling asleep at work but wide awake at night.

A question:
