HHN R.I.P. tour on Oct 4

My daughter and I have the RIP tour booked for Oct 4. We check into our on site hotel that morning and have a reservation for lunch on Citywalk. I am trying to find the details of our R.I.P. package. I believe we get a pre-HHN reception? Is that correct? Where do we go? What time should we arrive?

This is our first time doing an HHN (which is probably obvious).

Grain of salt, since I've only done one RIP tour... I believe I received an email and it stated the start time as well as the check-in time. When you check in, you have access to a small buffet and drinks (alcohol is not free obviously). You will meet your tour guide and fellow tour guests, then you will embark on your tour at your start time.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, you might want to call guest services and ask about it. You definitely don't want tot be late.

It's a great tour and night at HHN, so you'll have a fantastic time!

When you booked the public rip hhn night tour, you should have been sent an email to confirm your booking

The email would cover the basics and give you information for the tour

For example:
Date and time if your tour
Where to check in for your tour
Tour confirmation number
Where to meet your tour guide and group
Etc

I have private tour for October 5

My email confirmation tells me where to check in and then go to LaBamba o meet the tour guide

Call VIP tours if you did not receive the confirmation email

I am assuming that all tours meet at LaBamba at a specific time

Private tours meet I think at 5 or 5:30-( LaBamba

I assume public tours will do the same but at different times
On the website you xhoose youR a
start timd
To book the tour
You choose one of the start timxhwexj your confirmation check in time

Call vip tours and ask the time tour time starts

I have my order confirmation but it doesn’t have any information on it...other than the tickets I ordered (both the event tickets and the RIP tour)
