What have your experiences been weather-wise for the first half of April?

We have gone to HH the past 5 years -- 4 of them the second week of April. We have been very lucky -- have never had a day of rain, and the temperatures were in the upper 70's to low 80's. Even the one year in March we went we had unusually good weather. This year we have a March break again and are hoping our luck continues.

We've been in early April several times and have had all kinds of weather...

One year it was in the 80s -- felt like summer ; another year it was in the 50s and rainy. Everyone was scrambling for jackets and sweatshirts. Unfortunately the Mercantile had already packed them up for the season! People were checking out like crazy (not just at Disney, but all over the island). While it wasn't our favorite spring break at HH, we found other things to do and still enjoyed the relaxation.

So, to answer your question, you pretty much have to be prepared for anything.

hey vms and disneyaholic thanks for the accuweather report. sounds like -cross your fingers and see what happens. oh - is the island crowded the week after easter sunday?
