HHI First Time

We are going to HHI for the first time this August. We have a few questions. Do they supply, rent beach chairs, or can you bring your own? How frequently does the bus run from the resort to the beach? Is there food and drinks at the beach?
We just returned from Vero Beach. We had a wonderful week. The hurricane actually improved the views from the resort to the ocean. After looking at other properties along the beach, Disney did a magnificent job in getting the resort up and running in fine shape.

Hi-
We usually rent our umbrella and beach chairs on the beach in front of the Beach House....but it's expensive. You can definitely bring your own beach chairs.
Not sure about the bus--we always drive our car.
There is a food place-very informal at the beach House to get food/drink. There is also a bar near the pool.

We've been to HHI twice and are heading back this June.

They do have umbrellas and chairs to rent. While it is on the pricey side, not having to lug an umbrella and chairs everyday was worth it. If you rent for the week you are given a card with your name on it and that spot becomes yours.
