I need help. I am looking into trying to book HHI for next year the week after Christmas.
There are just three of us and we would fit just fine in a studio for less points but the picture I have seen of the studios at HHI look really dark and sub-par hotel-like.
Is this really the case or are the photos not doing it justice.
The 1 bedrooms look a lot nicer but for the extra points, I am not sure we need it.

What do you think of the studios? Anyone have any better photos out there?
Thanks!

We have stayed in both 1 BRs and studios. Last month we were in a studio 1 night, then a 1 BR. Last year we did 1 BR, studio, then 1 BR again. We think the studios at HHI are bigger than the studios at WDW. The amount of light varies tremendously depending on where your studio is. We were in one one year that did seem extremely dark, but we were surrounded by trees. The one we had last year faced the inlet, Lodge building, and it was very light and bright. Matter of fact, we had mixed feelings about the fact that we were going back to a 1 BR. The view from that studio was awesome!

Although we prefer 1 BRs for the laundry, 2 TVs, oven, separate BR, I think you'll be fine if you're considering a studio. One nice thing, as opposed to the WDW studios, is that if 1 person gets up earlier in the am, the kitchenette seems a little further removed, so people are less likely to be disturbed while you get your coffee.

Do you remember the room number for this studio? My request so far only states top floor in the main lodge. I would love to get this studio if possible.:goodvibes
