HH week of March 20th.. Is it really booked???

I called CRO, NOT DVC, and they said it wasn't able to be booked now. She wasn't sure if it was closed or just full.

Any help would be grateful.

This is the week before Easter and a busy spring break week. HH is not a very large resort, probably booked.

I checked via Expedia and they have the whole month of March as unavailable (checking 2BR units...since that's what they have the most of) plus the first 7 days of April.

Remember...Disney Visa has the $159 2BR promo for all of the above dates too...I'm sure it filled up quickly.

Sigh...yes...I have been patiently sitting on the waiting list hoping someone with pre Easter week reservations might decide to change their plans....when we get closer to the 30 days mark, I guess I will find out one way or another

Regarding paying cash for HH, some friends of ours had a strange/interesting thing happen to them last month. They are DVC members but were staying at HH paying cash (already had plans for all their points and didn't want to borrow). Anyway they had made ressies for a Studio for I think $99 a night. Anyway when they checked in they were upgraded to a 2BR unit for no extra charge. So they got a 2BR for 3 nights for $99. Being DVC members they couldn't believe it. There were just the two of them in that large unit. I gave them a hard time for not picking up the phone and inviting us down. We could have been there in five hours .
