HH Location

We will be at OKW in a few weeks and have a HH 2br villa reserved. My DH will have a scooter so we will need a 1st fl villa or a bldg. with an elevator. Does anyone know if any of the buildings that are considered HH have elevators? I thought I would call MS after doing online check-in to make this request. I absolutely don't want to give up my HH location, just want to make sure my DH can be accommodated. I am afraid if I just wait until we check-in that nothing will be available to accommodate us. When I initially made our reservations (at 11th mo. window) my DH's COPD was under control but has become worse in the past 6 mos. so a scooter is needed. TIA.

No HH rooms have elevators. You will have to have a first floor room. I would also call MS now and let them know you need first floor and why. Also let them know if you need HA or not.

There are some buildings near the HH that do have elevators but they are highly requested so I would keep your HH since you know for sure you will be close by. You could always change to a builing with the elevator once you arrived and it would actual be in your favor since most people want the HH category.

I'd just call MS and explain your situation. At the least they can request a ground floor villa - and that request will likely be honored. I'd also remind them when you check-in to reinforce the importance of that request.

Thanks for the info and advice. I will call MS and request 1st Fl. for medical reasons as we already have the HH area reserved.
