Does anyone have any suggestions as to which Grand Villa Building to choose? By looking at the map provided in the Member Guidbook and by what we know, we think that we've determined that Villas 16, 18, 19, 28, and 30 are all Grand Villas. It's possible that we're wrong, but if we're not, does anyone have any suggestions about which one to choose if given the opportunity to do so?

Thanks.

Building 28 is smoking permitted. The other GV's are non-smoking.

#18 has a view of the marsh (Broad Creek). All others have an island view of nothing in particular- mostly woods.

There are 5 GV's, so other than smoking preference, there is not a lot of choice to request. All are on the 3rd and 4th level of the buildings (there are no ground level villas).

Have a great trip.

We just attended a Wine and Cheese tasting in Building 28. The Villa was beautiful! There are 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a fireplace, and a big kitchen. Idon't know what exactly you are looking for, but I would be happy staying there.
Happy Planning!

I could live in a GV at HH! They are just gorgeous! Unfortunatly we really don't need the extra space with only DH, DD, and myself! If you could get #18 overlooking the marsh, I would go for that, but I would agree that you really can't go wrong with any of them!

Thanks so much for your suggestions. We attended the "get together" in #28 the last time we were there and we thought it was great. We actually had decided to try to get #18 like you all said because of the fact that it was overlooking the marsh...but I don't think we'll be disappointed with any.

Thanks again.

Rlevy29, we were at the same wine and cheese :D I think.

Were you the couple where the lady had a cold? Hope your/she's better if so ?

I thought the villas were wonderful, although the views at Vero really can't be beaten.

Hi vernon,
I was the one with the cold. I passed it on to my DH, but he did not get it as bad. I'm better and ready to return to school, but I was called for Jury duty tomorrow. I could really use some of that Cabernet now! Happy New Year!:)

We stayed in the building 16 grand villa over Christmas in 1999. The building has a view of the small boat dock/harbor to the front and of the wooded courtyard to the rear. The view of the boats is not that dramatic to be honest. The wooded courtyard is nice as you get to see a variety of people come and go. You are about equal distance from the pool and the main building. It is a very nice GV.
