I just rented a week at the HGVC from a timeshare owner. On my reservation it says I need an RCI guest certificate which costs $49. The person I got this from said don't worry about that, they never ask for it.
Has anyone ever experienced this? I would hate to get down there and be refused my reservation but than I also hate to spend the $49 if I don't have to.
