My first stay at SSR, staying in a studio. Truly beautiful resort and grounds, but how to you all get up on those beds? I don't consider myself short (5'5") but I have to skooch my butt up on to the edge, then put my foot on the arm of the couch to push myself onto the bed LOL. It was quite a sight the first time.

The bed is very comfortable once you get on it, though. I was pleased to find that my room is in the grandstand (8501) and there's a walkway that goes directly to the Carriage House. This is a great location for a standard room.

We've stayed in that building as well and find it a really convenient location. That's the building that I requested for our last stay and we ended up in the next building over.

I just asked my wife what she thought of the beds (she's 5'4) and she said that they are tall but ours at home is as well so it was fine for her because she's used to it.
