Hey Mom, Do I get to be the line leader again? A PTR…(My TR has started! - 6/1)

Whooo for 2 weeks and hitting the 40" mark!!!!!! :woohoo: I'm hoping Claire will hit 40" before we leave! She's almost there!!

Fingers crossed for Claire too. These kids are driving us crazy keeping us waiting till the last second to see if they'll reach the right height.

So, I spoke too soon with the little jab at Bryan not ordering the camer a yet. We ordered the camera this evening. It will be here between of next week and the Monday before we leave.

We ordered the new Sony waterproof camera in red. I know it looks pink in the picture, but it is actually red. I have seen the color on the non-waterproof cameras like it. I am also attaching a video from youtube showing the camera being used underwater. OMG is that video AMAZING!!!!

After the boys spent a little bit of time swimming in the afternoon, we got cleaned up and headed over to the COntemporary for our last supper at Chef Mickey's. This meal is kind of bitter sweet for the boys. They LOVE:lovestruc eating at Chef Mickey's, but they hate when the day to eat there arrives. They know they are leaving in the morning. We make a point every time we go to have the boys let each character know they are leaving in the morning and will see them next trip.

We were seated pretty quickly, and the boys were anxious to eat and say their good byes.

First up was Minnie, she was sad to hear the boys' good byes as always.

Goofy was next, he was so sad to hear we were leaving in the morning. He made sure to give the boys an extra hug before he left. However, Sam told him all was well. He made a point of telling Goofy he would see him in the morning at Cape May for breakfast.:goodvibes

Mickey came afterwards to talk with the boys for a little bit.

Pluto came next and gave the boys an extra big hug.

Last to visit was Donald. He snuck up behind us and took a picture with me first. He was also ver sad to hear we were leaving.

After Donald left, we had finished eating, and we had one more thing to do to make our trip complete. We had to take the boys' picture. To us, this is one of those pictures that the boys take for every trip. It's cool to see how they grow every year. We are dedicated to this picture. It was drizzlilng at the time. However, we made sure there was no lightening beofre we put our kids in the ears.:thumbsup2

Last TR update...breakfast at Cape May before we head home.

Looking at those pics....I have definitely lost some weight. WOW!!!! Plus, I had a little bit of sun don't you think!

That camera looks AMAZING! Ahhh, when the person in the video dunked it in the fountain, I wasn't expecting it to be so clear! Haha, I wonder what other people thought of this person sticking his camera in the mall fountain.

I think that if I have kids, I'll use your idea of having that one meal or that tradition that signifies the end of the trip. I also love the whole idea of taking the picture in the same spot each time! I wish Weird and I thought more about where we could do that (haha, although we're not really of the growing age, at least not vertically!).

Congrats to Cooper! I don't remember if Disney does wrist bands for height but if they do this is what we do. My nephew is a little fella. Depending on his shoes and who is working the height station at Busch Gardens he may or may not qualify for the rides. When he does qualify, we have them put the wrist band on a little loose so we can slide it off and reuse it. In the handful of times we have gone so far this year, he has qualified in height a few times but there were a few times that he hasn't. Of course, he is young so he doesn't understand why he can ride something one time but not the other. We started doing this last year. We usually just tell the attendant that his wrist gets bothered by the bands if they are too tight! they put it on loosly and at the end of the day, we slide it off and stash it for next time!

Congrats on getting the new camera! It sounds great. :thumbsup2

I love the pictures at Chef Mickey's. I was finally able to snag a dinner reservation here this week and am excited about taking the kids there, since the entire fab 5 is there!

Thanks! That video sold us. I couldn't believe how crystal clear it was underwater. Bryan saw it and immediately ordered it.

Go ahead and use the idea! It's awesome to see them growing with every picture.

Thanks! Unfortunately, Disney measures you at every ride. No wristbands.

Congrats on snagging the reservation. The trip would not be the same without a dinner there for us.

So, we are just getting back from Randy and Alisa's house for our 3rd Disney night. We had Lady & the Tramp. The food was great. The movie was great. The kids had fun with their crafts. We all had a great time. Oh, and Randy's popcorn was great as well. We all got excited to discuss our last meal. I think we have it nailed down to Finding Nemo. We'll see as the week goes on. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

We also finished all of our shopping today for the trip. We finally took Bryan shopping. He has lost about 60 pounds over the past 2 years and is still wearing the same shorts he was wearing at his heaviest. He is finally in clothes that fit!!!

All that is left now is to take pictures for all of you to see what we have bought, get the groceries, and pack.

Less than 2 weeks now! The countdown on my desktop say 12 day, 15 1/2 hours till we leave.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day tomorrow as well.
