Hey Mom, Check out my new Spider-Man move! (Last day & Final Thoughts - 1/10)

Great update! I always get a rush of adrenaline right before we leave. Lol. I can't wait to hear more! ;)

Thanks! I get so anxious as we are getting ready to leave. Mine however is about time issues. I want to be on time. I think I have time issues because I grew up in such a large family, and it is tough to get a family of 7 ready and out the door on time. Especially when 4 of the 5 kids are girls. We were NEVER on time when I was little.

hey megan!! Great updates so far! and yay for everything turning out ok. Glad you folks got great timing! Can't wait to hear more!

Thanks! I kept rushing Bryan though. Lunch at school was till noon. I HAD to be back by that time. I could not be late at that point. Bryan mocked it because I couldn't be late to sign out for the day. Weird, Iknow, but I'm not causing problems here.

:yay: to getting off on time...the kids and you guys are soooooo exicited! how can you not you are on your way to Disney! :mickeyjum too cute with the glasses! and doesn't it just seem to the ride that takes forever on I-10 especially once you hit FL (I find anyway)
:wave2: Connie

We were so excited. Bryan isn't as excited on departure day. He doesn't really like to share driving responsibilities, so he knows what the day will hold for him. He prefers the daylight as he drives, but he loves the smooth traffic when we leave at midnight.

For me, Florida is the state that never ends. What's funny is that my niece Maegan saw the sign on the turnpike directing us to Miami when we turned off to head to WDW. She got really excited and said look Miami is right there. Can't we go to the beach for a few hours before we check-in. We proceeded to tell her Miami was a few more hours from here. It's not that close to WDW. FL never ends. LOL...

Yay, you're on your way!

This is totally random but hearing about I-10 makes me think of that one Carrie Underwood song (can't think of the name right now) but it says something about heading down I-10, Baton Rouge and LSU.

Too funny!

Weekend is here, and we have plans!

Tonight, we are going eat dinner with Randy, Alisa, Stacey, and Sonny and watching Sex & the City afterwards.

Tomorrow, we will probably be bringing the boys to watch Shrek. Bryan wanted to bring them today, but I don't like going to the theater twice in one day. It makes me feel like I spend the whole day there. Plus, we don't watch the 3D versions. Cooper refuses to wear the glasses, so why waste the money for the more expensive ticket. They only play the non-3D versions at 10 and 12:30, and the boys wanted Bryan to come with us. We had to wait for the weekend for that one.

I hope everyone has a lovely day!

you're going to think I'm nuts but when I read your reply the song from Gwendolyn's childhood popped in my head and I bet next time we go to FL I will be singing it..."This is the road(song) that never ends, it goes on and on my friend..." :rotfl2:

we are going see Shrek one day next week (when I can go without the girls; probably Wed) maybe I'll see if Danny wants to go to the show tonight, didn't think of that...Thanks! for the idea
have a great time!

I'm so excited you are finally on your way. I get very anxious when I might be late. I can't stand be late and hate when other people are late. DH made us a few minutes late for a few ADR's and I could feel my blood pressure rising as the minutes ticked by. :headache:

Can't wait until you get to FL.

Best Shrek since the original! The 3D was very nice, but if Cooper won't wear the glasses...
Z & Chase really enjoyed Marmaduke this morning. I think Sammy will like it.

Great updates!:thumbsup2

So funny about the shoes...hmm..I can definitely relate. It's happened to us before too!

That's great that you were able to leave on time!!:woohoo: Everyone looks so excited!!!:goodvibes

Can't wait for more!popcorn::

Thanks! I'm glad to hear we are not the only ones that have issues when things are forgotten.

I look forward to sharing more with yall.

Randy can completely relate to being late for the ADR. LOL....More on that later! I had my blood boil a few times with timing this trip.

Yep, pointless to pay the 3D price if he won't wear the 3D glasses.

I'll probably bring the boys to watch Marmaduke during the week.

See you soon!

I'm joining in! Yay for leaving on time, that's always a good thing! Can't wait until you arrive at Kidan. :goodvibes

Wow, everything went according to plan! Nice!

I saw Shrek in 3D. Not that much a diff without it, so you're not missing out on much. Great movie though!
