Just make sure that the bartender is using the right stuff to mix your daiquiris. I had a "changing of the bartender" on NYE. The 2nd one didn't know that there was already alcohol premixed in the bottle. She poured MORE alcohol into the pre-mixed drink. I was too drunk to even notice until I got home, that is. I kept wondering why my drink was separating. The alcohol was floating in the glass, but I just mixed it right back up and drank it anyway.
