Anyway, Lynn, sorry to hear about your pain, I hope you are feeling better. Scrapbooking all weekend with pain like that will not be good. But that is so cool that you are going to a scrapbooking event...way to go girl!

Tyler - Pixie dust coming your way!!!! hope you get good news when you come back. Bob - That is a funny picture, you in the lagoon. So I guess margarita night will be Saturday night then...

Anyway, tonight Micco is taking me to Peter Lugers Steakhouse in Brooklyn for dinner. Tomorrow is our 22nd anniversary. I have never been there, but always wanted to go. The food is supposed to be awesome, so I am psyched!

Took the day off from work today, it was supposed to rain all day, but now it is beautiful out. I should try to go lay outside for an hour or so and get some color for Briana's party.

4 1/2 weeks to go for me! Crazy week but it went fast! Hope they all do! Our Spring has been so beautiful this year, the weather has been amazing!

Hey Jenny, I went to a Little League game tonight for my nephew who's 10. He hit the game tying RBIs, ran a third run after stealing, I was so impressed. He was recently pulled up to travel after the season started so it is pretty cool that he is doing well. I now have to go to a few games for my students before the end of the season. Wish me luck!

My Mother's Day weekend will be spent at Jessica's tournament! What's everyone else doing? (Other than Lucy! )

WHATTA TRIP?!!! Would I do it again? I must think LONG and HARD about it. My girlfriends and I call it the weekend from h__ll!
First, we were to arrive at the hotel at 2:00 PM.....we arrived at 7:00 PM....
customs held us....and the traffic is Toronto is the WORST traffic in the world.....We were to be at Medieval Times by 6:30...luckily, 4 busloads, 200+ people were able to walk in after the show started....at 7:15. We didn't get to our hotel until 10:30. We were SO TIRED. One of my girlfriends fell and
twisted her ankle in Niagara Falls, another girlfriend fell and twisted her
ankle getting out of the bus. At this point, we are all tired and 'punchy' we are laughing so hard we can't stop....the bus ride was so long all we did was laugh. I haven't laughed like that since the wine-tasting on the cruise this
summer. OK, that is TWO people hurt, on Saturday, we go to a 'fun place' after the competition (of which we took ALL the awards for middle school - yippee!!!), one of the students ends up in the hospital, she crashed her go-cart and the principal had to take her to the hospital. Saturday, we were at the CN Tower (largest building in the WORLD) and afterwards went to an amusement park, where LUCY fell and banged her knee and arm.
Such drama with teenage girls....thank goodness I wasn't a chaperone.
Kids running thru the hallways, screaming, yuck! then the long busride home today, left Toronto at 7:30, just got home at 5:30!
I'll write more tomorrow - gotta unpack, do laundry, and Tyler needs to do homework and we need to find something to eat!

Hey all! Left home in dramatic fashion w/o the laptop. At noon Fri it was raining (still). I drove by the fields at lunch and made an executive decision to go to Cincinnati at 3:30. John was all for it. Good decision. His coach called my cell at 5:30 p.m and said "Please fell me you are in Cincinnati"! I told him, yes, on an elevator checking in!!! NO GAMES at home all weekend. The Reds/Phillies games were boring. Pitching duels and we got swept! (o.k. PAers....you got me!!!). Anyway, we are home and I am ready for bed!

Mother's Day for me was Sat. The kids got me a manicure/pedicure at a salon next to the hotel and Mark took them swimming while I got them. I loved every minute of it!!! For once my nails look half way descent!

Mallory had a good day...we hired the Pepsi rally team to bring her a package at the game (her birthday isn't until Friday, but..) and during the 3rd inning the scoreboard (with other wishes for others) said "HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY MALLORY FISHER! She loved it!

DebiI wish I was in on that secret, but not this time!! How cool is that??? She's something!

We were treated to Mother's day brunch with Karla,Kenny,Joann,Ken,Tom and many grand kids.... Karla did a beautiful job... There is a rumor about that she is the favorite daughter... How could that be....?? Of course Joann is.. oh, by the way everyone was impressed with beautiful,thoughtful gift Joann received for Mother's Day Be sure and inquire as to what it was... I think that sometimes we should look at what the thought is behind the gift,and not so much the value .... I know it was something I would really enjoy and being as Father's day is just around the corner....guess what...!!

Jenny... great series, thanks for helping our Phillies move up... By the way ...are there any Met's fans out there...??

This means he will perform in WDW., next March, last weekend in March we will leave - anyone off at that time? It is the weekend before
Easter.

Bill - I feel the same way about the "Falls" - it was fun - we did the Maid of the Mist - it was raining at the time, but who knew! I can't believe how much they have built-up that place since we've been there last.
They really checked us out going into Canada - made us depart the bus, went thru some luggage and instruments, we each had to answer questions. On the way into America, all the did was walk thru the bus and look at ID - kindof scary isn't it, how easily ANYONE can get into the USA.

Yes, I am alive Lucy! Two ballgames last night and one tonight. Cub Scouts too! Fortunately, Mom is doing scouts! Mark has it in his head that we are going to Detroit this weekend, so I am trying to get my work done.

I guess I did kinda not get on the boards last night.......afterall it was the final of GREY'S ANATOMY!!! Whew! That was a McSteamy one!!!! I am addicted (as is Mark) to that show! He is in love with Izzy and now will she be on next season??!!!
