AND YOU ALL HAD A LOT OF TIME ON ME...REMEMBER, I'M THE SHY ONE and I am nowhere the number of posts you guys have...

Anyway, nothing much happening here. I have been cutting my hours back this week and am taking the day off on Friday, it has been really slow. I am still waiting on insurance, but ordered my cardstock today and hope to have it in the store w/i 10 -12 days. Even if I have to move it when they put the new rug in, it is better to have it in because it's what brings people into the store. I spoke with my landlord's insurance adjuster, and he is hoping to have some word by next week, then at least they can start working. But it has been very depressing to say the least. Hopefully I will be back up and running totally by the first or second week in June.

Jenny - Briana's actual birthday is the 16th. It is hard to believe that Mallory, that sweet little girl is a Taurus. But Briana, on the other hand, a true Taurus. Tonight we are going for (hopefully) her final fitting for her dress. Just putting the final touches on everything, and hoping I have enough $$ to pay for it all!

We are looking forward to having Alex home for a week. She is coming in on Sunday, just in time for Mother's Day. She just informed me that she will be going down to Miami for a few days with some friends. She is off from the 11th until the 21st, but we didn't know that, otherwise we could have had her home sooner. Maybe she will go to SB when she is there, I hope there is not too much (get the message Allie).

Anyway, I will be around this weekend, and I will be sure to post.

... this one involves "sharing the girls!" I can't do it until I lose some weight (Lucy, it's certainly not WW but it will work!)

Debi, tell Alex not to go "overboard" in SB, I think she will know what I mean when she gets there!!

I'm here . i've been working really hard recently and no time for the boards Sorry!.... it's 5 am here, a time I don't often see ( I'm a night owl not an early bird) but yesterday I did something to my back and right hip not sure what...maybe trapped a nerve or something...anyway the upshot is lying down in just about any position is agony I wish I was a horse and could sleep standing up, thats when I'm most comfortable...still I've found a way to perch on my computer chair and type to you so it's not all bad!! I hope it's not a long term thing as I'm supposed to go to a big scrapbooking event this weekend, i have 8 classes booked and am really excited about it!!
Lucy we fly in on Friday 20th Oct but not until 10pm, we have all day Sat 21st to spend in the city with whoever wants to spend it with us and then we fly to Florida at 6:40am on Sunday 22nd. Debbi and Micco have kindly said they would let us stay with them on the the Friday and Saturday nights.
I know it's a flying visit but we couldn't fly through NY and not make something of it neither of us has been there at all before.
Really want to see Empire State Building, Central Park and Ground Zero. Would love to do a show. Anything else is a bonus. I'm told by Micco and Debbi that I'll be going on the ferry and will be able to get pics of the Statue of Liberty on route.

Happy Birthday Brianna and Mallory for next week, Jenny I'm an Arien and I'm sure your description of Mallory would have been me to a tee at age 7 maybe she was late... or perhaps I was early...Anyway independant young ladies with attitude grow into lovely spirited young ladies, you have the evidence right before you now
Okay I'm rambling the pain killers I'm taking are obviously having some effect although pain killling isn't one of them at present Thnk I'll take another little walk now.. work today will be interesting and then I feel a doctors appointment might be in order!!!

Lynn~I hope you get better soon. Sleeping is a necessity, so I hope the doctor can do something quickly to relieve the pain and make you better!

I am going to keep the Oct. date in mind. You never know. Maybe a quick in and out trip? Right now it doesn't look good, but I won't give up hope.

Not gonna say much right now my last day of work for the week.
SO much to do - bags must be at middle school between 6-8 tonight.
NO, I'm not ready - I DO drive Bob crazy (is this a surprise in any way
for any of you? ) - I just HATE to pack and wait
till the very last minute. AFter school Tyler has an orthodontist appt., then
my mother has a hair appt., then I must pack and be at middle school.
Then to bed and get up at 3 AM!
I need pixie dust from all of you - Tyler tried out for show choir on Monday and Tuesday and this is SO IMPORTANT to him (and us!) and we are very stressed over this until a decision is made, by the director. I hope we find out before we leave tomorrow.

Hey all! It's the infamous lurker! haha..howdy..

Lurking is much easier when youre tired but I'm up early so I figured I'd drop by and say hello!

Today is our graduation, so I get my little mouse ears with a tassle and all! I have work after that and than tomorrow is my last day with most of my friends here as they are leaving on Friday. So a bunch of us are going to Typhoon Lagoon and than to the Magic Kingdom to watch Wishes and yes I'm going to ball my eyes out and yes I get it from my mom!


Lynn Feel better!! That sounds like not such a great time, hopefully the doctor can sort it all out!

I'm not sure if I said congrats to Jess yet, so congrats!!

And lots of Pixie Dust for Tyler I shall have a discussion with Tinkerbell for him!

Today is my last night of work for like 9 days and I simply cannot wait. A few days in Miami Beach and than home! I cannot wait to see my family and friends

Alex - why didn't you tell me about the graduation earlier - I would have
flown down....let's see, a few days with Alex or 4 days with 4 bus loads of
middle schoolers....a no-brainer there!
Heard the news the results of the auditions for show choir won't be
posted until we are gone.....we are upset...BUT, have no fear....I have
some spys left behind and a cell phone on my body and we don't reach
Canada until 11 AM! (we ARE leaving at 5 AM!)

Bryan just asked how long 'we' were going....I reminded him his father will be home, some of the time! (father = no parties)!

Thank you for your good wishes...it is ouch Kathy that's for sure. haven't seen Dr yet appointment this pm, but a friend at school who has back problems told me about these wonderful pain killers!!! They really do what they say.. the strongest you can buy in the UK without a script and they have helped... I slept last night

Hopefully the Dr can shed some light on what I've done and how to make it better, but for now just glad the pain has gone a bit...

Well I guess I have to fill in for Lucy since she away (as though I could talk as much as she does ).
We are still waiting to find out about Tyler. The vocal director now decided to wait until they get back from Canada to announce the names so that there would not be any unhappy kids performing in Canada. I can certainly understand that, but it is driving us nuts Getting into Show Choir is a really big deal in our school (only 24 kids taken) and Tyler needs to make it this year to perform in WDW.
Hope everone is well. Debs- I hope things will sooon get back to normal after what you've been through. JoAnn- Congrats to Tara. Great Article! You must be so proud! Alex- Congratulations on your graduation! Can't wait to see you in action! Kathy- I'll be your Margarita Buddy any time! But thats AFTER the Segways. Good to hear from you! You should check in more often. Please tell Lucy that we all miss her. It's certainly been quiet without her here. I agree with you. Margarita night should be after the Segway tour. We don't need to be trying to ride on those things with a hangover. I'm really looking forward to this trip. I haven't been away without the kids in quite a while.

Bob is referring to the fact that John now has a game (due to rain Wed.) on Friday which means I have to miss the Reds game! Mark & Marshall will head on over early tomorrow to sell our extra seats. John's game does not start until 7:45 which means by the time he plays, changes and we drive to Cincy, it will be around 12-1!!! I told Mark to meet me in the lounge for last call!!! AFter that it's MY WEEKEND!!

KathyI am so glad you are coming. You asked about the barbershop. We actually went in March. I will send you a picture of Marshall's haircut with the royal blue gel (Mickey ears on back and all). Mallory was given pixie dust in her hair (I think the barber felt sorry for her because she wasn't getting her hair cut......SUCKER!! ). It was well worth the trip.

LynnAs as former back surgery patient....honey, I "feel" for you!!! I still have a lot of pain in the back mostly from arthritis, but whew that is not good pain! Hopefully you have a quick recovery!!!

Bob, I've been thinking about Tyler and Lucy waiting to hear the outcome of the audition. I think that if the vocal director didn't want to give out results until after the Canada trip maybe auditions should have been held after the trip so as not to distract everybody during the trip. I'm sure it's on everyone's mind. Let us know as soon as you find out. Good luck to Tyler!
