Hi all! Sorry I've been slacking, it's been busy here!!

I don't even know what to update on cause I can't remember what I updated about last!

The parade was wonderful. I was just in awe that I was Minnie in the Stars and Motor Cars parade at the Studios, I mean how awesome!

I've been friends with Mickey alot and I love being friends with him! Today wasmy first day off in about ten days, so you can understand why I haven't updated. Boo to no time, but woohoo to overtime money!

I went bungee jumping/sling shotting the other day with some friends...awesome!

Everest was amazingggg!! Jenny, there is a soft opening for the next two months so just remind me of the dates you guys are coming and I'll see if I can find out whether it will be open or not.

Things here for the most part are amazing. I love working here. I mean where else can you get up on one of your off days and decide you're going to the parks just to get autographs with your friends?! haha.

Lucy, I had a Mickey ice cream bar last night and thought of you!

Oh! And I got to ride space mountain with the lights ON!!! Awesommeeee!!

I am so glad you checked in with us!!!! It sounds like you are having an AMAZING time!!! HMMMMM...spending a lot of time with Mickey?? Well, does your mother know this!!

Our dates are March 11-19. We will be in Sarasota March 14-15 for some beach time and baseball, but checked into BWV they whole trip. I am so ready to get out of this pathetic weather!! We have ressies at Chef Mickey on March 18th for Marshall's 9th birthday party. Other than that, it's parks and pool!! It will have been a year since we have been to WDW because of our West Coast trip, so we are so excited. We are used to going 2-3 times a year!!! I just want to drive up to the Boardwalk and hear the guy at the gate say "WELCOME HOME"!!!

Keep us up on what's going on. Please check into EE for me if you will. That's all Marshall has talked about is riding EE for his birthday trip!

I haven't booked the older two girls yet, b/c I have to see about their summer plans! Looking forward to seeing you & Bri in April. Everyone will be down then, so I hope you all do some stuff together!

Hey, Jenny, so confrontational this week, myself. The kids are bonkers (was or is there a full moon?) Could it be the snow forecast??? I hear you!!! Don't forget, we're past the halfway point and our trips are JUST AROUND THE CORNER! I've been reading my Disney books non-stop, I'm so psyched about two trips in less than 6 months! My personal dream come true! I'll see about the Illuminations reunion trip and see what the deal is and let everyone know! Sounds cool!

Include us in everything, Lucy! We're totally in!! Steak is good and so is the salmon, I'd love that! I hope you're right about the snow, (but school days are better!! )

No, but it was pretty crappy!!!!! But, it's Friday!

Mallory and I are curled up in my big, big chair watching the Olympics!! This is living!!!

NO SNOW HERE!!!! We've got plenty of groceries in the store too!

Still recovering from my "bad" week. Ken, Jess and I are hunkering down, I went food shopping so we're all set.

We took the kids to see the Pink Panther. Cute, corny, and funny; typical Steve Martin movie. We had dinner at Cheeseburger in Paradise. That place sure gets me in the mood for Florida (I would love to go back to Key West).

I think I will have another night of big chair and Olympics!

I bought myself a presesnt with my Christmas and birthday money today. I bought a color printer/scanner/copier/fax machine. Now I am in BUSINESS!! I have been wanting to and hit a good sale (plus the "teacher" discount ~ you hate that teacher thing, don't you Lucy???)!! Tomorrow I plan to hook and install everything! Mark will sleep until about noon, so it will work out perfect!!!

So the Olympic's are with us again.... Man I love it....!! Alice and I were guest's at Alice's cousin's villa near Turin... beautiful location, 3 year's ago....very generous people ( Of course Joann says we should live a little...2 trips to Italy in 3 years)....big bucks...
A couple trips with Disney,Royal Carrib,Florida with a person who really doesn't like to trave ....! to tell you the trueth, I would do the Italy thing one more time ,only because of the living off the ship...food, facilities,etc.....soooo don't plan on seeing us in Fla. this spring,as much as we love ya all...
Well, I was notified of 4 people ,coworkers, that had passed on this past 2/3 weeks ... 2 were very close friends when we all worked together...
It's amazing how we drift apart once retirement happens..
Iexpect to return to the bait store next month (BBreturns) The winter has returned on the corner (crossing guard), the deserving driver's with cell phone,cigarete , ,coffee and applying lipstick ( Men and Women) get the deserving "Didget" when they fail to stop..

Are you getting a snowstorm tonight?

You guys are never going to believe what we got in the mail today...a letter from Mercedes-Benz notifying us of a safety recall for Ted's car. It seems that there is a defect associated with the Sensotronic Brake Control (SBC). "The SBC brake system in certain instances may shift to the hydraulic back up mode due to a loosening of the ground wire harness connection over time. In the hydraulic back up mode, the driver has braking power sufficient to stop the vehicle, although greater brake pedal pressure is required and the brake pedal travel will be noticeably longer which could lead to a vehicle crash."

Can you believe it! The accident may not have been Ted's fault afterall. Our friend and neighbor, Steve, is our attorney. He is scheduled to go to court with Ted next Thursday to fight the citation that Ted received after the accident. He is confident that this information will get the ticket dismissed. He also thinks that we have a good case to seek damages from Mercedes so hopefully our insurance company will no longer find Ted at fault in the accident and our rates won't go up. It gets even better. We may even get a new car since Ted's car has now been in a wreck which has caused diminished value of the vehicle (it is only 2 years old). If they give us a new car option I want to get the CLK convertible since we'll be back in California next year.

Sounds like fun, Jenny! Ken and I watched a stupid movie yesterday....Broken Flowers, what was the point of that?? Been cleaning Tara's room all day, what fun!

Is everyone else digging out too?

We're still getting pelted here by snow, about 15 inches since last night! Jessica has a houseful of friends sleeping over! We're supposed to take the family out for Tracy's birthday but we'll see if they make it home today! (Dad and Mom bagged on us, something about a snowstorm!)....wimps.......

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....We call that white gold in my house. Micco does snow plowing and he hates it and loves it at the same time...the $$$ is very good! And a storm like this is real good...

It's finally about stopped snowing here, I am not sure how much we have on the ground, but I am sure it is somewhere between 18 and 24". Had to go shovel out the store...what a bummer. I have the snow blower, which I did my driveway and walkway with, but had to hand shovel the store. The streets are a mess. Briana and her friends went sledding this afternoon for a little while.

Been a busy week at the store, that's why I haven't been on the boards in the last few days.

I am all for the summer, it's not me you have to work on, it's Captain Nemo, the lurker. He's like "I don't know if I want to go to Disney 3 times this year". And I said, but this time it's with Jenny and Lucy and JoAnn (and give him the bottom lip - you know what I mean). C'mon CN, let's join our Disney friends for a 1 year reunion, otherwise I will be sitting home sulking all that week. I would much rather be sitting by the pool with you guys drinking a margarita. And steak sounds good to me.

Also, the thing with the Magical Gathering, I believe has to be booked when you book your rooms, you have to all book together. We are going down on the 24th, and with Alex included we are a party of 8, so I booked it as a gathering. I am not sure what kind of perks you get with it yet.

Kathy - That is good news about the car, hopefully that will work out in your favor.

I heard about the bad weather on the news, hope you are all ok.
I had a particularly bad week last week too, what were the kids on?

I've been away this weekend my uncle's 80th birthday excellent fun, I get on really well with my cousins and their families, as we were all pretty much brought up together when we were young. Their mom died when they were tiny and my mum helped her brother alot, She was only 24 and had 5 kids in tow!!! Me as a baby, 18 month old twins, a 3 year old and a 7 year old, it got worse when my brother arrived 3 years later!!!

I've got a week off school this week thank goodness, it's our mid term, I'm sitting indoors waiting for a bed to be delivered . We are having a new bed a new sofa and a new oven... which is good because they badly need replacing but It means no disney for us this spring sorry folks. In July Jima dn family are coming to visit, but we are still hoping to get to NYC and see some of you.

Alex/ Debi would love to see pics!!!!

Debi did you ever get you cruise scrpbbok on a website I'd like to see that too!

Come on, Nemo and Debi! We're only going for the weekend! So far, I haven't booked the girls, I have to wait until their summer jobs kick in. It's just Ken and I from Friday 7/28 to Monday 7/31 morning! Sorry, Lynn we would love to catch up with you guys.....Still planning the 2007 Med cruise! DL Paris, here we come!

JoAnn I a sure glad we aren't home. I hate snow days. To me, snow days = work on beautiful days! We only have one to make up, which means we will still get out on MAY 26TH!!!! Keeping my fingers crossed that it's the only one we have to make up!

Ok, first of all....May 26th???Are you kidding me??? We get out June 14th at this point....and that's good!!! Now, I'm really jealous! I thought we started back around the same week (maybe we were a week later!) So crazy! I needed a mental health day so I'm glad we had off today.

About the margaritas.......I'll do my part, but did I ever tell you about 7 margarita day on the ship, it was Ken not me, so funny. One day he just decided to jump in, I think it was one of the theme nights! Anyway, it wouldn't be the same without my dancing buddy, Debster!! I've been reading about the clubs on the BW and they look fun. We have to check them out!!!

I've been looking into the Illuminations cruises and there are a lot of choices, so if we really want to do it, they're an option. Also, checking out the different places on BW would be fine. Especially if we already book a dinner in Canada. The Segway tour looks intriguing, has anyone done that one?

Did anyone see the pair figure skating finals tonight, it was so emotional! I love the Olympics!
