Hey, Everybody! -- and 2 questions

Hi, there -- I've been reading this board for a while (well, in the month since I've started playing VMK!) and I wanted to finally introduce myself. My daughter and I share a character named PrincessOp, and, like I said, we are relative newbies. Last night was a great night for us, though, as we finally earned fireworks magic! Yay, us! lol

Anyway, I did have two questions that I hoped someone would enlighten me on:

1. What is Cute or Boot, and how is it played?

2. What is all this Mummy, DahDah Baybee daycare stuff?

Any input appreciated!

1. Cute or boot is not my favorite game, but it is fun for rare prizes. It has a judge (owner), and the Owner says "PrincessOp, your cute" If owner says cute then you stay if boot you get booted.

2. No Idea, it just has ppl "saying" they are mummy and duh duhs. And there is some VMKer's they says they are a bay be. (Here's a tip: If someone says they are new worn, they will/can get banned.)

OK, Cute or Boot is a game in which you dress up in different clothing and someone judges how you look. They can deem you "Cute" which allows you to go to the next round, or "Boot" which means you lose, and have to leave. After every round you have to change clothing so that it keeps someone from continually winning (if you don't the judge will probably say "boot" anyway.) The last person standing wins.

The anwser to the second question is a little harder to explain. Some players on VMK decide to role-play as a family. The "mummy" is supposedly the mother of the pretend family, the "duh duh" is supposedly the father, and the "bay be" is supposedly the baby of the family. This is widly regarded as annoying to most normal players of VMK, as it is quite annoying when someone comes up to you, "bites" you, and then "cries", while also pming her "parents" who will then come to the room and complain at you.

Thanks, StitchfansJr and ShadowPirate -- that clears up a lot. Well, the Mummy, DuhDuh, Baybee stuff still seems a little inexplicable, but it sounds like it's that way for most... lol

And thanks for the warm welcome, this board seems so much friendlier and nicer than a few other vmk boards out there.
