Hey Chicagoans hows the weather today?

Are you guys getting hit with snow really bad today?

DH just called and is delayed coming home from NC via Chicago and theyre blaming snow.

How bad is it?

Im hoping he wont be too terribly late I miss him a lot and want him to get home.

My parents are on other side of lake and they had gotten about 3 feet over course of day so not super bad for lake effect. Hope he gets home soon

I'm about 35 miles south of Chicago.. hardley any snow a dusting, less than 1/2 inch. Even in Chicago same thing. Spoke with my dad a few minutes ago, he lives in the City and he said the same thing...less than 1/2 inch.
