Hess station by BWV

Can anyone tell me what types of things you can get at the hess by BWV? i know beer, water, soda, etc. But do they have a deli there or canned goods? Bakery items like donuts or bagels and cream cheese or should I put an order in with Garden Grocer? Thank you all for your help. This is our first trip and really not sure which would be better and cheaper. Also the studio refrigerators do they have a freezer section and if so how big is it? Will it hold 3-4 microwave meals?

Hess has good deals on beer, water and soda. Munchies like chips etc plus bread and magazines. They don't have much in deli except pre-packaged and cooked hot dogs etc. For the deli i suggest going over to the crossraods supermarket which is app 1 mile from DTD down the hotel road and then across the state road.

BTW we like Marge at wegoshop.

goofylovers - when are you going? We were wondering the same exact thing. We are going with my children in May 2010 and staying off site. But, just my DH and I are going the week of 10/3 and I was going to go to the Hess to make a shopping list of what things cost. I can post it here when I return.

They carry some packaged items like muffins, danish, etc., ice cream & popsicle type items. More selections than you'd expect but I'm not sure I recall bagels or canned items, there was some lunch time items pre-made and some could be served hot.

ccgirl - We are going on 10/13. If you havppen to be there please check out what they have for quick (microwave or sandwich) things for a studio. I appreciate everyones help. This will help alot.
