Next up-August 7th and AK for the morning. We arrived shortly after rope drop (darn, missed it ! ) and immediately fastpassed EE. I LOVE EE! I love the Yeti, I love going backwards, I just LOVE this ride. i thought this would be the best ride I ever had on it, but...

We made our way to Kilimanjaro Safari which had a 30 min. wait posted but we were on in 20. There were lots of animals still out, but many were beginning to head for shade.

He was quite funny. He would stick his head in to get food, look up almost sheepishly (can a giraffe do that?) and then stick his head back in the stump for more.

We then walked through the Jungle Trek, hoping to see the tigers moving at least a little but they were flaked out in the shade. Not flaked out however was this amazing creature:

This was the first time we had ever seen Devine and she was all her name says she is. DH seemed quite intrigued with her, although Jasmine seemed more to his liking (she'll make an appearance later )

Next up was another first-Flights of Wonder. I can't wait to take Declan to see this. I will not post any pics here in case punkin drops by before I warn her

Rode EE and agreed that its too short. We feel the same about RnRC. FPs for Dinosaur and off to lunch at the Flame Tree BBQ.

Up next-Flame Tree review, Coral Reef and the sharks, EMH at Epcot (Grey Goose slushies for all!) and ...one of the BEST lines heard this trip.

My DD and I thought the picture of the giraffe was hysterical! How funny that it would look around sheepishly before sticking its head back in the stump.

Well yes I was intrigue by her. I had never seen another vine like her and she was quite a vine.

I guess I better post a bit more as we'll be away from the computer till Monday and we are falling behind a few of our Dis friends.

When we last left you we had finished our 2 week safari and I thought it would be a good time to take a trek in the jungles of Asia. Maybe it was still early enough to see some active tigers.

After the trek, we headed for the Flight of Wonder Show. We had never seen this before and we quickly decided that this was something that Declan needed to see as well. This is a fantastic show! The birds are amazing and the CMs are very entertaining. Can't wait to see it again.

After the show, it was time for EE, love this ride but we would find out later it would get better. After the awesome ride, we grabbed FPs for Dinosaur and had lunch at the Flame Tree BBQ. We had Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Frozen Lemonade. Yum Yum. Sorry MeMom, I forgot to take pictures but I did get these pictures:

After lunch, we rode Dinosaur. I love this ride but it isn't a fav of pooksma but she rode anyway. Waited no time with the FPs, we actually walked right through and into the pre-show. After we travelled through time, we decided to head back to CBR and have rest before and evening at EPCOT.

Those pictures are beautiful, but so are pictures of pulled pork and frozen lemonade!

No, that's not my county, but we're all related down here in the woods, so I'm sure they were relatives. Did you notice if they were wearing shoes or not?

I'm jealous (mad, maybe) that someone from Tennessee was there and it wasn't me!
