Same here! I'm Polish, Russian, Italian, British, French and German. The only one I could ever figure the exact percentage for is Italian at 50%, simple enough. But math was never my friend, so I won't even attempt anything beyond that.
OneGrandmas parents were from Germany
One Grandpa's parents were of Irish & German descent and German descent (my maiden name is Irish)
One Grandma's father was off the boat from Scotland and her mother was of German and English descent
One Grandpa's family was of English descent and has an ancestry that traces back to pre-revolutionary war America
I tried to figure out the exact percentage once and got a headache, mostly since my mother's side didn't keep very good records.
The best I can come up with is mostly German/Dutch with a good dose of English, Scottish, Swedish and a little bit of Irish and French thrown in.
In otherwords, I'm 100% American. Most people associate me with being German, though, even though the family has been in this country for almost 300 years.
I don't know the %s and I don't think I can be quantified that way ...
I am Chinese, Hawaiian, Portuguese, and Caucasian (English descent).
My great great great grandparents came from China and Portugal on both sides (maternal and paternal) and migrated to Hawaii and then they basically hooked up with islanders.
