I have three DSs cruising for the first time 3/14 on the 4 day. Would anyone be able to send them a postcard ? Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.

To those Disers handling the post cards-a big THANK YOU.

My children received theirs and they are now part of our memorabilia for the cruise. They wondered who could have known that they were going on a cruise....little do they know. It certainly has bumped the anticipation level up a notch or two.

What a clever idea this is. Keep up the good work!

I belive Verandah Man was the one who sent my dd and niece postcards, but in case I'm wrong on that -- a BIG THANK YOU goes out to whoever it was!

I was traveling for business when the post card came last week and dh knew I would want to see dd's reaction, so he waited patiently until I got home to give it to her.

We actually put it back in the mailbox and asked her to go get the mail. She came running up the driveway screaming "Minnie knows I'm coming - she really does mommy!"

She's only 3, so of course she couldn't read it, but when I read it to her and it mentioned Snow White and she saw the cute little Snow White stamp she looked like she was in complete shock!

She kept asking how they knew she was coming and how they knew where she lived. It was too cute. I think she was just stunned!

My sister said my niece had pretty much the same reaction!!

So, thank you guys so much for doing this. It is just so wonderful!

I have one question for Barb (or others sending postcards). Do you print instead of write in cursive? I hope so because my girls can read it themselves that way. My MIL keeps sending their birthday cards in cursive and I have to read it to them.

BTW, I just wanted to say thank you in advance for your generosity in sending the post cards. What a nice gesture.

I have recently started printing the postcard messages with different Disney fonts, now the postcards will be much easier to read.

We just booked a 7 day Disney cruise in October to take our grandson Nicholas with us on a Disney cruise. Nicholas will be 4 1/2 years old on the cruise. I would really like him to receive a post card from Mickey Mouse inviting him on this cruise. He will be so excited!
What a wonderful thing this is for people to do for others. Are the postcards available on the cruise ships so that I can get some and return the favor?

Devina received her card from Minnie & Mickey today.

I'm sure "Show & Tell" at school on Friday will have something to do with the card.

I spoke with Devina's mother this morning .. the Mickey & Minnie card has made Devina the envy of the entire neighborhood (many, many children ) and all of the second grade.

Even with all of Disney's money, they could not purchase this kind of advertising!!

Not a problem at all, just send me a PM with your kids names and address, and postcards will be out in the mail early next week.
