Here's the Sat. March 13th exercise thread!

Hi everyone,
It seems I can't sleep past 6:30am anymore, even on a Saturday. (To put this in perspective, my DH calls me "The Amazing Sleeping Woman.") Anyway, I decided to do a more strenuous program today because I have the time and I am sure it will make up for the times this week that I could only get 1/2 an hour in.

So I did 4 miles on the treadmill which took an hour of walking and jogging and using the incline; I did my own little weight program, and finished the workout with a 20 minute Pilates tape. My muscles feel tired but I feel great-makes up for those days when I hate every minute.

Have a great day and remember whatever you do is more than you would have done sitting on the couch.:tongue:

I just got done with the treadmill....3.70 miles.
 

I did FIRM Cardio- It wasn't a cardio at all, but rather a Sculpt/Cardio.

Great job everyone!
 
I went walking with Michael and his little friend. She made it so easy because she is a TALKER! The time flew by!
 
Curves for me this morning. It was really busy - great to see all those women getting healthy! :D
 
Well, day one of Atkins Induction for me and exercise is the furthest thing from my mind right now. I just wanted to say that this is a great idea and I WILL be joining you as soon as I get into the swing of this again.

Does walking around Sam's Club and the Mall count?? :rolleyes:

Yes, walking at the mall counts!

Went to Curves this moring, my 2nd day, woohoo! I'm happy to be joining the ranks of all you exercisers.:D
 
30 mins on the EFX and 30 mins on the treadmill. I exercised on a Saturday! Good for us! DH went with me, too! DD as well! It was a great family day!

I did.2 mile WATP and then 100 leg lifts each leg and then 100 crunches.

I think I am going to go tomorrow and check out the new Curves that just opened up 5 minutes from my house:Pinkbounc .

Chris and I did 35 minutes of cardio and did weight training too. I managed to do 12 reps on everything rather than the 8 I have been doing.
