How is the weather right now in the evenings? The forecast calls for "60's". Has it been cool and breezy?

Hot during the day and if the wind is blowing pretty good at night a light jacket wouldn't hurt. Night time you'll be dealing with temps in the 70's. Not cold by any means, but check out the wind. The high 60 degree temps you see will likely only be during the early morning (1am-6am)

I wonder if maybe we could talk to mousekeeping the first day and request it? Does the same person clean the room every day? We will only be staying 4 nights on this trip.. I'd be more than willing to offer to pay or tip extra up front.

You may not have the same Mousekeeper every day. Even if the same one is working each day a different one could clean your room. On our check out day we had 2 different ones check to see if we were still in the room. Either one of those would have been the ones to clean. It would be pretty impossible to know for sure who will clean your room.

And you can't request animals as they are no longer supposed to do them. And honestly, that's why they had to stop. It started to be a bit of pixie dust they did and it became something folks expected, even demanded and complained if they didn't get them. Since they can't stop to make animals for every guest they just cut them out totally. Some things are just meant to be Pixie Dust and I know we felt like we got a little bit by getting a few towel animals this past trip.

I was totally surprised the first day we had one waiting for us! That was the first time I had ever seen it done there.
I'll just be happy that we'll have them on the Fantasy.. I'm planning on doing an in room celebration or gift bag at the resort (that portion of trip is a complete surprise for my son and an early gift from Santa), so I'm sure that will be enough

We just returned yesterday and had a great trip. Weather was fantastic. We stayed at OKW and loved taking the boats to Disney Springs.
