Here now, what's shocked me about FP+

The problem with the kiosks is that the line can stop completely if you get a group who is trying to get the best, most perfect FP+ schedule ever. I've waited at them before where there was a group of people at one kiosk trying to make their selections, who had been there for 15 minutes before I got in line (per someone ahead of me), and who were still there after I left, which was about 15 minutes after I got in line. That is crazy and rude. And you never know when you're going to be stuck behind that group. It's kiosk roulette.

Like I said-there were at least 15 in one spot last week.

I think Disney is pretty good at adjusting during peak times when the park is REALLY busy. I heard they opened up a few of the extra kiosks too. But on a Saturday in October on one of the few days that MK did not close early for a party, we didn't see any CM's with iPads. I think I waited at least 15 minutes at the kiosks near Jungle Cruise to get FP's for Buzz Lightyear.

Yea that could be, they even "directed" the next guest to the next available kiosk or ipad-no way to get stuck behind someone taking forever.

Although anybody there Easter week would gladly encounter the "Sat in OCT" issue as pertaining to what can get done.

regarding:
#3. In the 4 trips I have taken and used FP+, I have never waited long at the kiosks. I have been during slow and moderately crowded times, though...never super crowded. Sometimes, you can tell who knows what they are doing and who are the newbies...try to get in the line with the former. Also, I think some kiosks tend to be busier than others. At MK, for example, the kiosks outside PhilharMagic have been busy in my experience, but the ones outside Stitch's Great Escape have not been. If one is super busy, you might try a different one.

#4. One of the best benefits to FP+ in my opinion. I have done this as well as rescheduled a FP+ if we were running late or simply changed our minds. :)
