CAPS is akin to BOLDING when you don't feel like or cannot code your text. Many people seem to bold paragraphs to get their point highlighted and I don't charge THEM with being angry! Maybe the problem is interpreting the typed language because AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN back me into a corner with accusations of lying, accusing me that I believe in the questions that I post vs trying to start people thinking outside of their rut, and attack my opinion and you d@mn well better believe I'm coming out swinging. Using the @ key or other ways of getting around the Disboard filters IS forbidden. I'm surprised the MODs haven't said anything about that yet, as you have use it in many of your posts.

Circumventing the filter means the word is not blanked out. So the post you quoted was not going around the filter. Either she deliberately used the ----- or the filter worked like it was supposed to.

Ive lurked for 32 pages and will say they probably should improve the bus system (coming from someone who travels with a handicapped person regularly). What happened to those larger buses they were experimenting with? The one with two cars connected together who's name escapes me? That might give the masses and ecv/strollers more room and could ease complaints.

As for the conduct around here. Just c'mon now. Its a Disney board. Let's just all be civil and have a constructive discussion.

I WAS trying to be informative. And the truth is the buses were packed , even more so due to the large amount of strollers n ECV, or scooters or whatever you want to call them

Just wanted people to have a heads up.

IMO there are still way more of the giant strollers and EVC thsn there have every been, more and more each visit. Again IMO

Not that anyone is asking my opinion but i think there should be a limit on stroller size. Running strollers are completely unnecessary in WDW. Might as well bring in golf carts next!!!!

As you've seen, there is at the parks. So, if a stroller is the right size for the parks, then I assume that it's the right size for the buses. But, you're right. Some of them are behemoths....really overly huge!! I don't so much mind the actual stroller, even if it's humungous, but more so the behaviour of the person holding it. If it's off to the side, and out of the way, then fine. But do not put it up on a seat, or across the aisle!!!

If you would please reread my post I did say it is rare, but happens. Also, while it is true that people using an ECV or wheelchair (I am not familiar with how a GAC works) are not guaranteed front of the line access for rides, they do receive front of the line access on many WDW rides and I fell that is the way it should be. What I am saying is it is abused by a small majority of people and I still stand by my statement.

Actually, the vast majority of attractions at WDW now have mainstreamed lines...which means that ECVs and wheelchairs use the same line as everyone else. There are a few that have different entrances, but not very many anymore.

So goofy4tink, I've highlighted a variety of posts here where I get not just coding but grammar lessons, but people calling me a troll, stupid, sad, etc. PLEASE explain to me how I am the sole person spewing hatred when in actuality I am DEFENDING myself from the abuse of others here!!! And then you refer to them as intelligent?!?!? Please invite other mods over here to assess exactly why I feel attacked! Yes I admit the filters were circumvented but I am NOT the only one flinging names here. I tried SEVERAL times to explain myself AND my position on the original posting and they wanted to just drag it out calling me stupid and giving me coding and grammar lessons.

Okay....when you bold something, in an area such as this, it is assumed you are yelling/shouting. That's just commonplace usage. So, if you bold, you are shouting. And when you bold/capitalize just a few letters of a word, that now form a filtered word, it is filter avoidance...as in ASSume. Just giving an example here!!! While I can understand your feelings, you need to understand how your posts sound to others. Yes, you have been corrected...is that right? No, not really. There has been some less than wonderful behaviour here. But, rather than letting something go, it seems that you just add fuel to the fire.

Sometimes, people, when posting, are trying to say one thing, but the way they word it makes it sound completely different.

So....I'm going to make a suggestion here. How about we just clear the slate..go on from here. Let's all agree to play nicely together. Let's not continue beating this poor dead horse. No one is 100% in the right!! No one!!!!

That's what I was trying to say.

Basically, a ramp that would automatically come out. There would be no need to secure anyone.
