Here now...help needed

Definetely go to guest services and explain what happened and how you were unable to use your 7dmt fastpasses. I am sure they can give you new ones based on this special circumstance. Hope the rest of your trip is great.

Hugs to you and I'm glad to read that he's feeling better. I hope the rest of your trip is magical.

Take your stroller to Guest Relations and ask for a Stroller as Wheelchair sticker. This will let you keep the stroller with you in the lines, and save him the risk of getting jostled in the switchbacks. While you're there, just explain the situation and ask them what they recommend for the rest of your trip. They will take it from there!

OP, I'm so sorry about this accident, and I'm so glad your son is feeling better! I can empathize with how you all must have felt in the hours after your son's accident. In 2007, we drove 12 hours to Hilton Head. We unloaded our bags into our condo, made dinner, and then 2 hours after arrival, we were on the phone to 911 calling for ambulance because my mother had fallen in a freak accident (slipped on an area rug heading out to the car). She broke BOTH of her shoulders. It was awful. We were supposed to be there for a week and then drive down to Disney to spend the 4th of July at Disney. Instead, two days later, we cancelled our Disney trip (DVC was wonderful about crediting back our points) and drove back home to Ohio (a very painful experience for a person with two broken shoulders.... we cursed every pothole on the road!). I'm SO SO SO glad you are able to stay and get some enjoyment out of your trip! I hope the CMs send even more pixie dust your way! Blessings to you!

If words could comfort you, Im sure they would. But other methods will fail because the broken arm means he cant go on rides.

I will make a exception on this thread. We have sticky at top of page "Looking For Live Reports and Just Back Threads" I normally move these threads to Trip Reports Board. I feel this thread I will allow. Danny

So glad things started looking up! My eight-year-old broke her arm on vacation last month (fortunately, we were only hours from home and a children's ER), and her cast comes off right before Disney. Hope your son heals quickly!
