I really hope there isn't a strike - that's the last thing you need! I would be super stressed but you're right not to worry about it. I'll keep my fingers crossed! Nine days isn't too long at all, it will fly by!

Have you finalised plans on what you want the costumes to be?

Less than a week to go now!!!!
The airlines didn't strike, so we'll be leaving as scheduled early Wednesday morning!!

Even more exciting news is that we won the weightloss challenge, and I don't have to go on ToT!!!!! I am down 22lbs, and hoping to lose a couple more before we actually leave. With all that there is left to do, there won't be time to eat anyway!!

I finished up the kids' autograph books today and am really pleased with them! I have AR's costume finalized and all ready to pack, he's going to be a pirate. Once MJ gets home from school I am going to get her to try on her costume stuff and hopefully get that all ready to pack, she's going to be a cowgirl. RT's will be the only one left to figure out, he wants to be Indiana Jones and we have a good start to that one.

My binder is nearly done, I just need to finish up our plans for Oct. 6 and 8.
I still have to order MJ's cake, and do her birthday t-shirt. I also bought her a cute sundress to wear to her surprise supper at CRT and hoping it'll fit her (another thing she'll have to try on when she gets home)
I may also make a t-shirt for Dh and I each to wear at the MNSSHP.

I started packing yesterday, so that I won't have to rush through it and forget something! lol

I am hoping to take photos of all the 'goodies' I've made and get them posted, along with a HUGE thank you on the creative dis boards for all their wonderful work!

Congratulations on the weight loss! You've done amazingly with this challenge - though I still think you should go on ToT anyway

I can hardly believe that our trip is finally here, we fly to Orlando tomorrow. In just two and a half hours we will leave home for the airport hotel. After a year of planning, it's finally happening
I want to thank you all for following along on my PTR, even when I was away for long periods of time. I'm looking forward to seeing you again when I attempt my first ever TR....and possible a dining review

Twoboysnmygirl.....I didn't get a chance to get the photos posted, but I will make sure to have them in my TR so that you can see all the things I was able to make thanks to the wonderful ladies on the creative dis board, in particular the autograph books.
Pixiemama.....I'm looking forward to catching up on your TR and dining review when I return and especially curious to see how our opinions compare for the places we both ate at!
MissStitch626....I know that you're already there, but I will be keeping my eye out to see if we will meet in during our overlapping stays at POR. Can't wait to hear all about your trip when I get back

We had a wonderful trip, it was perfect. However, I'm struggling with adjusting to being back home It was extra tough this time coming home without Mom here, she was always so excited to see us and hear all about our trip whenever we went away. This time there's no one to show our photos (2000+), videos, and such to, we're just back and plunked right into the swing of things! The kids' activities have started up full force and I've been in the rink most of the time since I've been home. Just yesterday I got my first glimpse of the photopass photos!!
I am planning to do a TR though, hoping things will slow down here soon!

I can't wait to read your TR! Sorry you have the post-WDW-blues, but so glad you had a great time and happy to hear you are busy, that should help a bit! Our trip is still over 3 months off and I'm already worried about post-trip-blues since this has been such a big ordeal getting there!
