THe first picture was a couple of years ago at my all-time high of 246.The second picture was taken 10/25/03 and at 192 pounds.

Thanks ya'll!!! I will have to admit myself that when I saw my new picture I saw for the first time the change in me!! I know I have been able to buy smaller clothes but I in my mind was still seeing the old me. When this one came up on the computer I said "WOW!!" I am now even more motivated to keep going and to never look like that before ever again. (I hope this doesn't come across as being conceited)

Ya'll have been so kind with the comments and the answers and the motivation. If it were NOT for you guys we never would have made it this far!!
