Here and ready for our first full day!

We requested 1600 loop as a full hook up. Got site 555, which I think is a premium? It's nice - super close to Settlement and right near a bus stop. Maybe 8ish minutes walk from Meadows. Lots of frogs singing in the patch of water behind us. Didn't make it beyond the Fort yesterday except to grocery shop but that's OK because it ended up pouring. Glad we hadn't gone to mini golf. Hope today is a little drier. Have to find a way now to get some towels and wet stuff dry - don't really want to use the dryer for just a few things.

500 is a great loop! That reminds me to call them and make sure they noted our preferences when we booked. The woman was a bit confused by all our different ages (and the fact that there were 2 sets of kids with the same ages that didn't match what they had noted for some reason) so I'm not sure she even noted it. I hope you get some nice dry weather! How was your drive down?
