Please help me...I have reserved four nights at BWV and have to change the room twice. First night BWV, 2nd night pool/garden view, 3rd and 4th night BWV. I'm approximately 50 days out, should I try to change the first two nights to another resort or pool/ garden view or wait it out. Has anyone else been in this dilemma? Thanks for your input.

For such a short stay, I can't imagine spending that much of our vacation time re-packing and moving rooms twice!

IMHO, you are better off to see if you can get all four nights in the pool/garden view right away. Then you can waitlist the entire four nights for BW view.

To me, the view isn't worth that kind of hassle. YMMV. :)

Personally, I will not move on trips shorter than 5 nights. Even then it's a pain. In theory, it is easy enough, but there are alot of variables that can make the move unpleasant. I dont like that displaced feeling. I worry until I am settled. I find the check in process the most stressful part of DVC, not that they are not lovely CM's, but you never know what that computer is going to spit out in terms of rooms.

I would move to another resort altogether if they had all my nights before I would move for a short stay.

Here's extra Pixie Dust that your wl comes thru! :wizard:

We have moved many times during vacations at WDW...They make it really easy, at least I think so. However, Ask my husband and he will give you a much different perspective.

We will be moving again during our August trip from BWV to SSV, but we are on the wait list for a full week at BCV, BWV and WLV.

DH has his fingers crossed that we will be in one place for the entire week.

You do know that Disney will transfer your luggage from resort to resort, so that you do not have to lug the luggage yourself? :sunny:

You might consider booking yourself in an available resort for the four nights, and then wait listing yourself at the other properties you prefer to stay at. Then you will be able to stay put and relax! :)

And keep calling! I have been checking each day since I travel alot and my cell is out at range at times.

Good Luck! :goodvibes

Once we changed out room 4 different times. We made fun of it or it can be a pain.
The big problem is that you must check out of your first room first.
Then you may have to wait till after 4 pm to check into the new room.
The bell station will take care of your lugguge.

If you feel this can be a problem go on their wait list for the resort you would rather sta   party: party: party: y at.

Have a wonderful time.
