Help!

Hiya Dis gals & guys,

I need help. I'm a pin collector. I started out gangbusters, however, I have decided to sell most of the pins I have so that I can continue other disney collections. I understand we do NOT sell here. Can anyone give me tips on "how to". I am leary of ebay, although I know just about everyone & his brother does use it. Still I'm not sure I want to go that route.

Will be visiting Epcot Sat. Nov 12 for Wine & Cheese Fest & MGM Sun Nov 13 for Soap Opera Weekend. Any suggestions for at the park meets & do people only trade, or do they sell also?? I've seen collectors meet at the big pin trading station at Epcot by the Ride boards but don't know if they trade only.

I'm from Chicago & this will probably be my last Disney visit for this year. That is gonna kill me, im used to go around Dec 19 or 20 for a couple days solo. Will be starting a new job soon & probably won't get off this year to go for xmas.

Would appreciate any suggestions, comments, or advice. I've got at least 25-30 pins that must go including special event pins from past soap opera weekends and the Rosie O'Donnell show pins.

Selling pins (or anything for that matter) on Disney Property is not allowed and could get you ejected from the park so that is not an option. People do trade at Epcot and Downtown Disney but do not sell. Disney does not want the competition.

Your options are to sell them on ebay or on the Sale board at Dizpins.com. Kepp in mind that many pins are selling at low prices and you may not even get back what you paid for them. You can check ebay for completed auctions, to see what the pins you have are selling for.

Sorry you have to sell your pins. Have fun at Food and Wine. I was there earlier this year for the event and it was wonderful. We had a great time.

Thanks, I kinda figured as much. I will figure it out. I have bought at dizpins and it is a great site, very reliable.

Can't wait for the wine & cheese fest & eat to the beat concert. I believe that I've only ever missed one year since it began. The epcot flower & garden and Flower Power Concert series would also be one of my all time fav's. I'm really excited.
