I am trying to organize a trip to WDW in Sept for a group of twenty. :earseek: Most of the group wants to eat dinner together to talk about they have done. Here is the problem, a few have money concerns so I need some good ideas on where to eat with a party this size and some on a tight budget. :confused3

Oh you poor thing..
I did it once for 12 and never again..
Everyone didn't want to eat at the same time..kids tired..adults stressed!!
Are you staying on property?
If not you can go to Mousesavers.com and they have coupons for the local rest.
GOOD :worship: LUCK!!!

What have I gotten myself into :confused3 . We are staying at BWV in 2 two bedrooms and 1 one bedroom. It is all family since we are celebrating our ten year anniversary with our wedding party. :grouphug: Any suggestions on making it nice for us yet lower in cost for them? Or is it a hopeless cause?

I would go to the grocery store and get snacks and drinks that's for sure!!
We also got breakfast stuff, bagels, cereal, coffee cakes etc..
I don't know if you have heard of the meal vochers,I bought them on ebay for around 10 dollars a piece..if you have little kids they can usual use just 1 for 2 kids...
It comes with a appietizer, meal, drink and dessert..
I also made PS for everynight...we had my 15 year son so some nights he was kind enough to watch the little ones!!
You'll have fun!!! :cheer2:
