Okay, well im going to disney soon ((see the counter?)) and i would like to buy 4 of my best friends just a little something from disney world! the problem is, they have TOTALLY different personallities! So heres just a little stuff about them, to maybe help yall gimmie some ideas!

Beth((12))- Shes very funny, and always so hyper! she loves crazy little things that no one would think of buying!

Tiff((13))- Shes very emotional, but sooo sweet and shes always there for you! She likes more practical stuff that she could actually use, nothing to junk up her room.

Liz((13))- Shes very very sporty, and she loves just the simple things in life. She gets a good laugh out of everything, and shes just always there for you!

Erin((13))- Shes the shy, creative one! She loves decorating, and fairies! I mean shes OBSESSED with fairies...shes very shy ((like i said)) but when she gets around me and all my other friends, shes so funny!

So, like... I cant really spend a lot of money per person, cause im only 12 years old! :wave2: lol so if ud like to help, id REALLY appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

I don't remember the price, but one of my favorite inexpensive items to get at Disney is a pearl from Japan. I think it's like 12 or 13 dollars. You can pick your oyster and then they open it and you get the pearl inside. I have 2 so far. I think I'm gonna get another one when I go back. I may start a collection and then have a necklace made one day. (not a full strand, just a few)

sounds cool, and thanks for taking ur time to post, but i dont really like the thought of prying the poor oyster open just to get a pearl. No offence...please dont get mad!

no offense taken. I think it's neat, but some don't. In case you're wondering though, you don't actually have to touch it, they do it for you. Unless, you mean, poor oyster. then I can't help. they are actually embedded with a grain of sand and grown that way so they can be farmed.

Why don't you wait and see what catches your eye? Seems like the fun would be in choosing things yourself that suit each one perfectly. What's going to be hard is deciding between the dozens of things that you want to buy them! A good place to get them all done at once is World of Disney at the Disney Village. It's a humongous store that covers every taste. Toys, clothes, trinkets, jewelry, candy. Go. You'll be overwhelmed with ideas.

Not sure if you guys would like this or not, but in Downtown Disney there's a soap and bath stuff store. They have all kinds of neat soaps, bubble baths, fizzy stuff in all shapes. I'm sure they'd have a different scent, colors etc. to fit everyone. Not expensive at all. At Christmas I got a star shaped one with a Christmas scent and it had little glitter stuff in it, unfortunately, I did get glitter over me when I took a shower!!!:earseek:

There's also a couple other specialty stores at Downtown Disney Market Place that you might find something for each of them.

The soap store is right across from the big Disney Store and if you walk straight back towards the water and to the right, you'll see other shops too.

oh cool! That might be a good idea for tiff! Im pretty sure im gonna get erin a tinkerbell something...lol any ideas for beth? somethin crazy and out there?

At all the parks and at DTD, there are pin trader stands. Pins are fairly cheap ( $6.50 to $14.00 aprox.) There are tons of styles pins ranging from characters to rides to parks. I'm sure you could find 4 pins to match your friends personalities and can do it with out spending all your money. You might even start pin trading yourself!!! Hope this helps

that is such a great idea! thank you!

They have character shaped pens and penciles. I noticed on trading spaces tht one of the designers has a Pluto shaped pen. It looked really cute. I might get one for myself when I go. Downtown Disney has everything, you will definately find something there.

There's a store in Frontierland next to the shooting gallery that sells glycerin soaps in the shape of Mickey heads in all different colors and scents and they're only $1.00 or $1.50 each. The store also has lots of other cool stuff that I didn't see anywhere else. Of course, I'm sure the stores in Downtown Disney had them, but I didn't go there.

They have charm bracelets and carms all throuout Disney, and everywhere in DTD! I LOVE charms and went NUTS when I found these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have an all Disney charm bracelet. There are also "pre-arranged" charm bracelets that are cute too!
The charm bracelets are about $5.00 or 6$
Charms are $2.99
"Pre-arranged" are $10.00

one cheapie I found was little mickey head shaped scented soap ( with holder was total of $3.++) also had scented mickey head candles for $4.++ including the same little holder which was $2-2.50) I got them in AK shop by asia I think but they probably have them other places like DTD..

also China in Epcot.. I got a really cute little purse made of brocade about 5x7 with a shoulder strap for $5..I use it for my pass and park essentials while at WDW but I have had tons of compliments on it and they had many different fabric choices...they also had scented soap for $1 each in really pretty wrapping with a seal on it..( so I love scented bath stuff obviously) China had some nice and different things for reasonable prices

One of the cutest Tink items I saw that I'm still kicking myself for not getting is a fleece hooded jacket with "TINK" in pink across the front and a picture of Tinkerbell on the back. Probably about $50 but very cute.

What about Chrismas ornaments (if they celebrate). I always try to pick one up from wherever I go.
