HELP!!!

I have tried to call the WDW resort to make a payment...sort of. I paid the rest of my bill but put in the wrong name that was on the credit card. So I have called the 407 number and the menu doesn't seem to work. I've been pushing buttons and screaming what i want on the phone (after using my regular voice). It doesn't seem to work at all. What am i supposed to do now?

Also the website says I have 1 adult and 1 child dining plan when there are just 2 adults.

Give it time. There are reports that the phone system has gone a bit loopy. Hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

Looks like brer fox and brer bear are causing trouble up ahead!

Give it an hour for them to reboot the phone system.

Phones have been doing that off and on all week. Once the voice says they can't understand you or just ignores what you try to say or punch in, your call is eventually passed to a live agent. Takes a frustrating while though. Hold times have been a little longer, several people are having this issue when they call.

Thanks for your help guys. I eventually got through to them and the "child dining plan" is just an error and i just should ignore it.
i'm still a bit worried about the card cause it was my dad's card with HIS name on it and I put my mom's name on it. Argh. Oh well. It did go through though. Weird
