Oh my gosh!
I am going to disney in 12 days and i just got a cold! I feel so ill:'( and my tonsill are sweeling up
I hopeing that I will get better fast!


Has anyone been to Disney and fallen ill? x

I've never been when I was sick but you shouldn't worry! Go to the doctors like NOW and get meds! Or take like Tylenol!

Well, I am a tad under the weather with my trip right around the corner, too. Allergies/sinuses have been bothering me for a week now. Normally, it doesn't take more than a week to get out of your system. I would take your medicine, eat, and get some rest, and I'm pretty sure you'll be fine by the time your trip rolls around. Oh, and if your throat is bothering you, then I would gargle some warm salt water 2-3 times a day. That normally helps ease the pain and a quicker recovery process.

Hi, Megan! I'm back! lol

Believe it or not, I got sick yesterday after the Halloween Party! It was nothing bad but I have a horrid sore throat and am coughing up mucus and saliva (post-nasal drip)

I'd say just rest as much as you can, take meds and not worry about it. I had strep throat twice and with the help of antibio's, I got it gone in about a week! Hope ya feel better, girl!

i just came back from Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party and i had a cold the entire time! kept a pack of sufafed in my bag with me the whole time. i wasnt seriously fervery ill, just a swollen throat and a runny nose. nothing a cup of cocoa and aome tissues could handle. if it is anything serious, then i suggest DayQuil, and NyQuil, cause it works the best for me when i get sick. i would keep every hydrated at all times and take extra precautions, like avoiding air condintioned rooms when possinble and eating less sugar, to not agitate your condion. if you dooo neeed medicane, then the first aid people are wonmderful.

tl;dr bring extra water, avoid airconditioning, sugary and salty foods, and bring medicine with you intot he parks, and have fun!
