i have this cleanser and if i use it as perscribed my face will burn like crazy and get red and chapped.

I've had a few creams do that to me. My mum made me carry on using them and i had dry and peeling skin all over my face. The burning stopped after awhile but it was incredibly painful and it restricted facial expressions and jaw movement.
