I cannot get an avatar under my name.I have tried 3 times and each time my comp. says I've done a fatal error and it immediately shuts me down.Help please and thanks.Dana

How about the little kitty that's waving.I just tried again and it did the exact same thing.It took me about 10 minutes to get computer back up.Thanks for any help.Dana

I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Do you have an old computer? Do you know what browser you're using?
