Thanks so much! It's not easy and I have like...no self control...but it keeps me 108-110 at 5'3"...I was most comfortable (and healthy I swear to God) at 98lbs at 5'3" this past summer........Now I feel icky and my pants are too tight :sad1: I should take my own advice too.

But I mean, a lot of it is just common sense...think about it...tonight I had hamburgers on the grill...I ate one hamburger on a bun with just ketchup and then a second one withOUT the bun and just ketchup (like you used to do when you were a little kid). ::shrugs:: It's not that hard either, the actual diet part...it's just the self-control that's hard...

I totally agree Ash. Self control is always the hardest part... :sad2:

I lost 20 lbs. in 2004 on diet and exercise. I gained it all back when I broke my foot and could not even walk for 3 months. All through 2005 I tried to lose the weight....but It just wouldn't go.....Now, I'm very proud to say, that I have lost 18 lbs! I lost 11 lbs in the hospital because I couldn't eat for a few days, and my appetite has shrunk. I have lost the other 7 by eating less. I cannot exercise any other way than very short walks so, I'm glad that I have been able to keep the weight off. :goodvibes
