If I have a package and check in is on May 15 when is the deadline before penalties if you cancel. I know it is 45 days but would 45 days be today or tomorrow. Also if I have a package through a TA and the office is closed can I call and cancel disney myself today and cancel. TIA

I would call Disney and explain the situation but I think you'll be fine. I know I've read that they charge $100 penalty 44 to 6 days before arrival, so you should be good til tomorrow. $100 penalty isn't too too bad, or do you just need to change your dates? Disney will just charge a $50 change fee. I would call them and explain your situation and see what they recommend.
