Help with trip to the mouse on short notice!!!

I am hoping for some help from my friends on the boards. A friend of mine is going down next Wed 6/19-26. They were suppose to stay at her brother's timeshare but that fell through at the last minute, now they have no where to stay. It is 3 adults and 3 children (6-10yrs). Definitely need something budget friendly since they went from not having to budget their stay to having to find something reasonable that can fit all 6. any ideas would be greatly appreciated

It is VERY VERY close to the parks - as in, from front door of our cabin to bag check at Epcot in 8 minutes close. They have cabins that hold up to 6. Ours was a 4-person cabin which was a private bedroom for Mom & Dad and a sleeping loft for the kids. We booked ours through a private owner on VRBO for $586 for 8 nights. Shortly after booking, the cabin sold to the resort and they honored the price. I'm not sure if their "normal" rates are higher or not. And obviously a 6-person cabin will probably be more than a 4-person cabin. But, it's worth a look. We would definitely look into it for our next trip.

I would look at www.vrbo.com or homeaway.com for condos in the area. People will be absolutely willing to bargain. Or, they can email blast at http://www.windsorhillsrent.com/ and see if someone has a cancellation or availability for the last minute.

If they don't mind squishing, the Clarion Maingate Suites has a 2-Queen Bed Suite (sleeps 6 with a pull out couch) for less than $80 per night (http://clarionsuiteskissimmee.com/) .

Check skyauction.com. I have seen last minute places on there got for pretty cheap.
