Help with timing for Garden Grill

Hello, I have an ADR for 8:35a and am wondering:

1. How early can we get into Epcot?
2. How early can we be seated in the restaurant? Like could we possibly get in 10 minutes early by arriving early?
3. How long can we expect to take eating? It's myself and my DS age 11.

1. 8:00 or so.

2. It's up to them, but probably when you arrive.

3. ABout an hour to meet the characters and eat. It is served, not buffet, so that dictates timing.

Well the characters dictate the timing... in my experience the food comes out pretty quickly and then it's up to you if you want more. I could certainly have EATEN in less than an hour but not seen the characters in less than an hour.
