After calling every day for almost a month, I was so excited to find that a suite became available for our stay at the GF in January. 
I immediately booked the suite and paid the deposit yesterday. I changed our original booking from two MK view rooms for eighth days to only one day. We still have the MK view rooms but only for one day - the suite wasn't available on our first day. All fantastic! I received my email confirmation yesterday but it indicated that I hadn't paid the deposit. I called back DW and they said that their records show that I have paid the deposit but that the email confirmation system is new and is often incorrect so the only thing they go by is what they have in their system which is that we have paid. OK. I called today just to double check that reservations has my payment and to find out how I can get some sort of written confirmation. I was told that, yes, they have my deposit and that I could log onto my vacations on the wdw website to print out a copy if I would like. I logged onto my vacations and found that when my reservation number came up it said the reservation had been cancelled. I called wdw again, I'm sure by now they think I'm totally crazy, and asked if my reservation had been cancelled and they said no and had no idea why it would say that the reservation had been cancelled. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can get a printed copy confirming that we have our reservation and the deposit has been paid? Thanks! I'm panicking a bit now as we gave up the other days in our original rooms and I'm afraid they won't be available if there is a problem with our new booking.
