Help with pre-order of BOG breakfast

I'm trying to submit my pre-order for BOG breakfast next week.
First, when I choose an entree, it gives me a pull down menu for the beverages, but the window does not include the bellini or mimosas? We are on the DDP for the first time, and would like to select this.

Also, how can you make a special request, such as adding cheese to the scrambled eggs? Is that allowed?

People have stated that you just choose a drink on the list, then change it to a bellini or whatever when you get there.

I don't think they add cheese to scrambled eggs, and if they do, it wouldn't be covered under the dining plan.

I saw someplace that on the app, you can pre-order the bellinis and mimosas AND there is a section for special requests. However, my app says I must got online to pre-order?

We just did this on Saturday. We chose a drink from the pull down menu and also added the mimosa and Bellini drinks to our order. The cast member at the register told us we did it correctly. I am unsure about special requests, however.
