Help with passholder website

My AP vouchers arrived today, I am delighted as I only ordered them on Sunday I am trying to get on the passholder website, its a type 2 exchange voucher I have but am having problems with the TR number. It looks like Tr: 4 5 say on the voucher but the website wont accept it, I have put in all combinations of spaces etc! Any ideas?

i have actual passes and sometimes i can get in and others it wont accept it so would be nice to hear why as well

The website only ever works intermittently. It's so frustrating. I suspect they run updates during the night US time and I often wonder whether that's the reason. I'm frequently unable to access both the AP area of the website and my DVC account during the mornings here. Try again later.
