Help with MDE

Within MDE account, I have two sets of tickets. They are listed under my name and another set under an alternate name on my account. Both sets are my tickets. How do I get both sets of tickets back under my name?

You just reassign the ticket which is listed under the alternate name to the profile you want it on. How it's done depends on whether you're using the app or the website.
